DIESEL SHIBUYA is the concept store where reflects the lifestyle of DIESEL. Every year, DIESEL Presents an unique installation in the home collection area by architects or designers.

In the current installation, DIESEL features GENETO who are engaged in activities that go beyond the genre of conventional architecture like city, architecture, product and art. Enjoy the exclusive space titled “THE WALL” by GENETO.

Concept

What is a wall? It is a physical and a mental object. However, both walls are seen as objects to pass over. What is waiting across those walls? There could be an event that could completely change the scenery in front of us. What could be seen pass those walls varies from person to person. Let’s take away the walls in front of us and step forward to the world that awaits us. In order to seek something new.

Under the theme of “imagination of a new value”, they are engaged in activities that go beyond the genre of conventional architecture like city, architecture, product and art. Geneto is the designing team while they cooperate with Pivoto, which is the label that produces the space and products. From 2004, they have been working in the 2 places of Kyoto and Tokyo. They have won numerous awards domestically and internationally, such as 2 categories in the Arhitizer A+Award held in New York.
