"BORN IN THE MADNESS" a solo exhibition to peek inside the head of JUN INAGAWA,

an up coming creator attracting worldwide attention, to be held at DIESEL ART GALLERY.

DIESEL ART GALLERY will hold a solo exhibition "BORN IN THE MADNESS" by JUN INAGAWA from November 19, 2022 (Sat.) to February 16, 2023 (Thu.). He has been gaining attention since the news release of his original TV anime "Magical Destroyers" that will be broadcast in 2023.

JUN INAGAWA has been active beyond the borders of various subcultures such as anime and music, and has collaborated with numerous fashion brands and musicians.

The exhibition will feature more than 20 of JUN INAGAWA's private artworks on display and for sale, as well as related goods such as stickers and posters. During the exhibition, there will also be events related to the original TV animation "Magical Destroyers," as well as a giveaway of a limited-edition wallpaper for the exhibition.

Creator

Born in 1999. From childhood, he started drawing, preferring anime and manga. He spent junior high and high school in California, USA, and was greatly influenced by the skate culture he encountered and started his artist activities based in LA in 2017. His free and live drawing style, which fuses diverse cultures such as anime, manga and music, skating, sampling, and various other subcultures, has become a topic of conversation, and he has collaborated with VLONE led by A$AP Bari and the skate brand PARADIS3. After returning to Japan, he published his first book of paintings "Mass Media Crash". In the meantime, he has provided paintings to many musicians and fashion brands, attracting attention from various scenes.

In February 2022, he designed the tour costumes for Billie Eilish's second album "Happier Than Ever" and is expanding the scope of his activities.

The TV anime "Magical Destroyers" for which he is currently working on the original design is scheduled to be broadcast in 2023.

His DJ activities, which he started in 2018, have become one of his strong originalities. The style of play, which mixes music from all eras and genres with a focus on dance music and rock, transcends the barriers of various generations and genres to unite music and create a new and intense groove.

He also designed the flyer for Mad Magic Orchestra, an indoor rave event held in Shibuya, featuring guest appearances by Takkyu Ishino, Daoko, and Atarashii Gakko!.

ORIGINAL TV ANIMATION

Original TV anime "Magical Destroyers"

Up-and-coming creator JUN INAGAWA brings the new animation project. It will be produced as a new original animation based on the concept of JUN INAGAWA's previous art works. Animation production is Bibury Animation Studios, which is also known for the animated TV series "The Quintessential Quintuplets∬".

The story takes place in Japan, where otaku culture has been eliminated by the mysterious organization "SSC”. A young revolutionary "OTAKU HERO" who loves otaku culture and three magical girls "ANARCHY", "BLUE", and "PINK" who adore him, fight to restore "a the world where you can all say what you like with pride".

Makoto Furukawa as OTAKU HERO, Fairouz Ai as ANARCHIE, Aimi as BLUE, and Tomoyo Kurosawa as PINK. Ikehata Hiroshi will direct, and Daishiro Tanimura will write the script and series composition.

The TV anime "Magical Destroyers" is scheduled to be aired on MBS and other TV networks in 2023. A trailer is currently available on KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE official YouTube channel. We will definitely keep an eye out for further information on this completely original story.
