アイコニックな新作スイーツが登場
DIESEL SHIBUYA 1階に併設するレストラン・Cucina Diesel Farm（クッチーナ ディーゼル ファーム）のデザートメニューに夏らしいひんやりスイーツとDIESELロゴのアイコニックなケーキが新登場。
涼しげなグラスのスイーツはイタリア・シチリア発祥の「グラニータ」。アイスのような滑らかさとかき氷のようなシャリシャリとした食感が特徴で暑い夏に最適な爽快な味わいです。
カフェグラニータ ¥800
ほろ苦いエスプレッソ風味のグラニータにバニラアイスと生クリームをトッピングした大人の味。
マンゴーオレンジグラニータ ¥800
マンゴーとオレンジの甘味と酸味を生かした夏らしく爽やかなグラニータ。細かい角切りマンゴーとフレッシュなオレンジのスライスを添えて。
ピスタチオグラニータ ¥800
上質なピスタチオペーストを使用。濃厚さのあとにすっきりとした味わいが広がります。バニラアイスと生クリームをトッピング。
新たにDIESELロゴを配したシグニチャーケーキも仲間入り。
【左】DIESEL チョコレートケーキ w/バニラジェラート ¥900
アーモンド生地にコーヒーバタークリーム、ガナッシュを重ね、最後にDIESELのロゴのチョコレートをのせ仕上げました。手間暇をかけた高級感のある大人向きのチョコレートケーキ。
【右】Oval D レアチーズケーキ w/ラズベリーソース ¥900
DIESELの頭文字“D”をモチーフにしたオーバルDロゴが目をひくレアチーズケーキ。オーストラリア産クリームチーズと北海道産生クリームをブレンドしたまろやかな口当たり。
※上記ケーキには、11:30〜17:00の時間帯に+¥300でソフトドリンクがセットにできます。
